Happy Friday!  Your first graders were super busy today!  We took our very first spelling test and comprehension quiz!  Every Friday, your first grader will take a spelling test on the words that we've been practicing all week and a comprehension quiz about the story that we've been reading all week.  I am amazed at how well they ALL did!  The spelling test and quiz are both coming home today.  I can't promise that this will happen every Friday but I wanted you to see all the hard work right away!  Thank you for working with your child at home...it shows :)
