Welcome

Hi and welcome to the first blog of the school year (better a little late than never)!We have been working very hard these first few weeks. The kids transitioned smoothly right into firt grade despite the full day, no play time and lunch at school! I think today was the first day that I wasn't asked, "is it time to go home yet?" Last week the kids took their first math quiz, math test and spelling test. They all did a wonderful job! I was very proud of them. I'll do my best to get tests out the same or next day. I know you are all anxious to see how your child did especially since you work so hard with them every day! I'll have a lot more information to share at Curriculum Night this Thursday.
